About Aehr Test Systems
Aehr's systems stress and test many semiconductor devices in parallel before packaging, helping manufacturers identify early-life failures at wafer scale. The portfolio includes FOX-XP production systems, WaferPak contactors and automated handling equipment for power semiconductors, silicon photonics, memory and other devices.
The robotics relevance is the equipment layer: automated wafer movement, alignment and high-throughput process control inside semiconductor factories. Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Fremont, Aehr sells capital equipment and recurring consumables rather than general-purpose industrial robots.
