About Ainos
Ainos combines MEMS gas-sensor arrays with proprietary machine-learning models to convert analogue scent signals into structured Smell ID records. Its smell language model is intended to learn and classify environmental patterns over time, supporting continuous monitoring, anomaly detection and real-time alerts.
The company is advancing AI Nose through semiconductor-manufacturing deployments, industrial and healthcare validation, and robotics pilots. The product is offered as a sensing platform and service rather than as a complete robot. Ainos remains a diversified public company: alongside Smell AI, it continues to develop the VELDONA low-dose oral interferon programme. That split makes its robotics position an enabling perception layer, not a robotics pure play.

Events
- 2026-08-13 - Market Signal - Ainos AI Nose dataset surpasses 878 million real-world records
The dataset reached more than 878 million records, a 43% increase over 23 days. Additional AI Nose sensing systems are being installed across semiconductor manufacturing sites as part of the company's deployment programme. The broader programme targets approximately 1,400 systems in semiconductor packaging and testing environments.
Source - 2026-08-03 - Market Signal - Ainos reports 613M AI Nose records as robotics pilots continue
The 613 million industrial smell records accumulated since December 2025 and were generated primarily in semiconductor-manufacturing environments. Ainos said robotics-related pilots and deployment activities continued alongside industrial, semiconductor and healthcare programmes. Second-quarter revenue was $152 and net loss was $4.59 million, showing that commercial activity remains early despite the expanding deployed-data base.
