About Aitu Robotics
AI Jenny is built around garment tasks in which fabric bends, folds and changes shape during handling. Its vision-language-action system identifies the material and intended operation, while the robot performs piece separation, picking, placement and alignment before or around the sewing process.
Aitu integrates the robot with Jack sewing equipment and factory workflows, allowing perception and material handling to work with template and lockstitch machines. The company’s trials address repetitive apparel-production steps that have remained difficult to automate with rigid fixtures and fixed robot paths.
