RAPiiTT combines LiDAR navigation with Preferred Robotics autonomy software. Amano integrates the robot with elevators, security infrastructure and AMANO Robot Cloud. The system is designed for autonomous multi-floor cleaning in commercial facilities.

Amano’s board approved the investment on November 26 and scheduled execution for November 30. The investment supported robotics collaboration in commercial cleaning as demand for cleaning automation increased. Preferred Robotics had been established on November 1, 2021, through a company split from Preferred Networks.
