About
About Ampron
Ampron develops force sensors using metal-foil strain gauges and MEMS silicon strain gauges. Its six-axis families measure force along three directions and torque around three axes, using sensitive elements within an elastic structure to convert mechanical loading into electrical signals. The catalogue includes the FSM6-E50 and FSM6G-D75 series, alongside other force and torque configurations.
These sensing components provide load feedback for robot joints and end effectors. Ampron's broader business also covers temperature, pressure and gas sensing for automotive and industrial equipment, combining specialised robot-force products with a wider sensor manufacturing portfolio.

Timeline
Events
- 2026-09-30 - Production Milestone - Ampron reports batch orders, production and deliveries for robot force sensors
The disclosed portfolio covers six-axis force/torque, torque and tension/compression sensing. Six-axis sensors use both silicon strain-gauge with glass-microfused packaging and metal strain-gauge technology routes. Robot-related revenue remains a small share of the company’s business and did not materially affect its reporting-period results.
