About Analogic
Analogic designs imaging, detection, precision-power and motion-control equipment for medical, security and industrial customers. Its Copley Controls business supplies servo and stepper drives that regulate motor movement in robots, semiconductor tools, laboratory systems and automated assembly equipment. The wider Power Technologies segment also provides precision amplifiers, including radio-frequency and gradient systems for MRI.
Following its October 2026 combination with Leidos businesses, Analogic also offers industrial automation engineering, robotic assembly, material handling and manufacturing-software integration. Digital twins and virtual commissioning allow customers to evaluate production systems before physical installation; engineering teams then support commissioning and operation. These activities sit alongside its larger imaging and security portfolio. The combined company is privately held and headquartered in Salem, New Hampshire, with Altaris affiliates retaining control and Leidos holding a minority interest.
