About
About Beyond Honeycomb
Beyond Honeycomb develops GRILL X robotic cooking systems for professional kitchens. The equipment automates searing and turning on an existing commercial grill, while staff load ingredients, start the programme and remove finished portions. Its AI adjusts cooking time and motion to the recipe and food condition; configurations include both molecular-sensor and simpler sensor-free versions.
The system serves restaurants, hotels and corporate dining operations that need repeatable grilling across shifts and sites. It fits alongside the kitchen’s grill and ventilation equipment rather than replacing the complete cooking station. GRILL X is offered for purchase or rental through direct sales, with terms and pricing depending on region. Menu profiles and software can be updated between operating periods. The company also develops actuation technology, drawing on its experience combining mechanical handling, cooking control and sensing.
