Its portfolio includes the Vector Gait and Safety System, Bioness Integrated Therapy System, L300 Go and H200 Wireless, covering supported gait training, balance work and functional electrical stimulation for upper- and lower-extremity rehabilitation.
The company became an independent Accelmed-backed organisation at the end of 2024 and acquired Harmonic Bionics’ assets and business in June 2025. That transaction added a bilateral upper-extremity robotic exoskeleton designed to move with scapulohumeral rhythm during arm and shoulder therapy. Bioness stated that the robotic system would join its commercial portfolio after regulatory clearance, so the profile distinguishes the acquired robotics programme from products already available to clinicians.
