About Black-I Robotics
Black-I Robotics develops mobile machines around a heavy-lift six-degree-of-freedom industrial arm, autonomous base and mission-specific end effectors. The platform handles bins, totes, cases and other large loads. Its mechanical lineage includes work originating in US Department of Defense programmes where mobile manipulation had to operate outside a fixed cell.
The robot travels to a work area, identifies the target and performs picking, placing, palletizing or material-transfer tasks across multiple stations. Tooling and perception are configured around the customer’s objects and workflow. Black-I demonstrated this architecture in a 2025 robotic-picking challenge and markets the Fullscope Mobile Heavy Lift Arm for manufacturing, logistics and field operations.
