About Burroughs
Burroughs, Inc. is an OEM-agnostic lifecycle-service provider for robotic automation systems, unattended self-service equipment, payment and transaction automation, and connected IoT devices. Its North American operating network combines field technicians, repair depots, technical-support centres, forward-stock locations and the cloud-based Burroughs Digital Platform for monitoring, dispatch and remote resolution.
Robotics is a current service line within that broader device-management business. Burroughs supports Pudu Robotics deployments across North America through installation, maintenance and technical support rather than manufacturing Pudu’s robots. Loomis acquired the company through Loomis Holding US in June 2025; Burroughs continues to operate under its own brand as a Loomis subsidiary.
