About C2 Robotics

C2 Robotics develops defence autonomous systems with Speartooth as its principal undersea platform. The large uncrewed underwater vehicle uses a modular, payload-agnostic architecture for long-range intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, logistics and strike missions. Commercially available components and compatibility with existing industrial facilities are intended to support distributed Australian manufacture and rapid scaling without dedicated submarine shipyards.

Speartooth has moved beyond prototype exercises into early operational procurement. C2 announced its first export sales in 2025, commissioned a vehicle for a United States customer in May 2026 and disclosed a German sale through Eurobotics, which is also a European manufacturing partner. Australia's 2026 defence programme includes a Speartooth fleet alongside larger Ghost Shark vehicles. The company is also integrating Australian-made Thales sonar and processing for autonomous navigation and continues to offer OGRE optically guided payload technology.
