C2GRID develops command software that combines video and sensor feeds from UAVs, UGVs and other sources into a shared three-dimensional operational picture. The platform reconstructs terrain and places observations in a common environment for teams working across distributed missions.
Operators can use the resulting map to monitor threats, review courses of action and rehearse missions before deployment. C2GRID connects collection, analysis and command workflows so information from different platforms can be viewed and acted on in the same operational workspace.

- 2025-12-10 - Award - C2GRID selected for NATO DIANA's 2026 cohort
C2GRID was selected as one of 150 companies from 3,680 applicants for NATO DIANA’s 2026 cohort. The company will develop AI-supported threat-detection and course-of-action tools in DIANA’s Data-Assisted Decision Making challenge. The programme provides contractual funding, mentorship and access to accelerator sites and test centres for operational validation.

Sunfish Partners led the round; BSV Ventures and Mike Oliinyk also invested. C2GRID planned to mature its near-real-time battlefield-intelligence platform and launch its first platform version in January 2026. The company was co-developing and testing its 3D geospatial platform with Ukrainian and Estonian defence organisations.
