About CleanBotix

CleanBotix builds robotic sanitation equipment for food and beverage processing plants. Its Rosie system combines a six-axis arm, a powered wheeled base and spray equipment to carry out the rinse, foam, rinse and sanitise sequence used in open-plant cleaning. The robot automates repetitive hose work while plant teams manage the wider sanitation programme.

Rosie is trained around a facility’s cleaning routines and is designed to work within existing plant layouts. CleanBotix offers leasing and has tested the equipment in live production environments. The company was started in 2024 by Clean Logix founder Adam Jacques, drawing on that business’s sanitation engineering experience. Intralox and its Commercial Food Sanitation subsidiary support further product development and application expertise. Manufacturing expansion and additional sanitation applications remain part of the company’s growth programme.
