About Concept Systems
Concept Systems combines application engineering with the controls and software that make a robotic cell operate as a production system. Its workcell process uses simulation to check a design before fabrication and commissioning, bringing robot motion together with tooling, sensing and plant controls. Projects can begin with an automation roadmap or proof of concept.
Its OnGuard software adds a specific equipment-protection layer. The system combines three-dimensional models, vision information and an industrial computer to monitor robot position and velocity, then determine when motion should slow or stop to avoid a collision. A simulation mode supports testing proposed paths, while three-dimensional visualisation and alarms help operators diagnose the cell.
