The portfolio includes induction and servo variable-speed drives for hydraulic systems. The solutions combine the pump, electric motor, frequency drive and control logic in one application architecture. Danfoss says the solutions can reduce energy use by up to 60%, depending on the duty cycle.

ACL 4.0 adds blocks for recording, converting and loading geographic boundaries, checking vehicle position against a geofence and transforming GNSS coordinates. The library provides preprogrammed software blocks for perception, positioning and navigation that OEM and distributor engineering teams can integrate into machine applications. Danfoss describes the release as enhancing Level 3 autonomous functionality for airport ground support, construction and other off-highway uses.

The system automated movement between AutoStore and the factory floor at Danfoss’s Nordborg facility. RoboTool contributed system integration while Nord Modules developed the mobile-robot module. The deployment reduced heavy manual handling and improved use of 860 square metres of production space.
