About Danieli Telerobot
Danieli Telerobot connects robot handling with industrial process control, including work close to molten steel. Its Q-Robot sampling systems automate a sequence from collecting cartridges from a dispenser to taking a sample and delivering it to a designated position. Temperature measurement can be incorporated into the cycle, allowing an operator to supervise the process from farther away.
A 2017 order for Nucor-Yamato Steel's Arkansas plant covered two such robots for ladle furnaces. The broader Danieli offering extends robotic applications to melting and casting floors, rolling mills, zinc-pot skimming, marking and tagging. Telerobot Labs supplies this specialist robotics capability within Danieli Automation, adapting mechanisms and process interfaces to the production equipment.
