About Dazhuo Intelligent
Dazhuo Intelligent develops Chery Group’s in-house intelligent-driving stack. Its Pilot product line covers production driver-assistance and navigation-on-autopilot functions, while the Drive line targets higher-automation use cases including robotaxis. The company also develops domain-controller and vehicle-cloud integration layers used to deploy those functions across multiple automotive brands.
Established in 2023 and headquartered in Wuhu, Dazhuo operates additional research centres in Shanghai, Shenzhen and California. Chery identifies the company as a strategic autonomy business; its cooperation with Horizon Robotics supports scalable ADAS and domain-controller programs using Journey automotive processors.

Dazhuo Intelligent's autonomous-driving activities are part of the restructured Chery technology organization. The integration is an operating-model change within Chery's intelligent-technology organization.
