The rollout begins with Yazaki North America operations in Mexico and targets line-analysis work that previously took weeks. DeepHow uses vision-language models, NVIDIA Metropolis video search and summarization, and RTX PRO Servers to classify workflow segments and cycle times. The deployment is intended to support operator and station comparisons, standard-work analysis, line balancing and earlier bottleneck detection.
