About DFA Robotics
DFA Robotics supplies service robots as an integration and operations partner rather than manufacturing every chassis it offers. Its catalogue covers delivery, food service, cleaning and industrial transport robots from PUDU and KEENON, supported by site assessment, setup, staff training and round-the-clock service.
Founded in 2017 and acquired by Change Holdings in 2022, the Tokyo company says it has supported more than 4,700 installations across Japan. A KEENON W3 deployment at Jikei University Kashiwa Hospital automates specimen and medicine routes across outpatient, chemotherapy and pharmacy departments.
