About EnerSys
EnerSys supplies stored-energy systems for material-handling and other industrial fleets. Its motive-power portfolio combines batteries, chargers and monitoring across forklifts, pallet trucks, floor-care machines, ground-support equipment, AGVs and AMRs. NexSys products cover thin-plate pure-lead and lithium-ion configurations, giving equipment makers and operators alternatives for different loads and shift patterns.
NexSys iON uses modular nickel-manganese-cobalt packs with an integrated battery-management system, CAN communication and 24- to 80-volt configurations. EnerSys pairs batteries with conventional and high-frequency chargers, including hands-free wireless charging intended for automated vehicles. That combination supports opportunity charging and fleet management without requiring workers to connect plugs, while the final pack, charger and communications interface are configured around the vehicle and operating schedule.
