About
About Extend Robotics
Extend Robotics turns camera views of a robot’s workspace into a three-dimensional environment that an operator can explore through a VR headset. Multiple viewpoints provide depth information around the arm and its surroundings, while hand tracking and haptic inputs connect the operator’s movements to the robot. Its teleoperation tools support ROS-based integration and standard wireless connections, allowing the interface to be adapted to third-party machines.
The AMAS software also captures the demonstrations produced during these sessions. Users can manage, inspect and export the resulting data for training automation models, then work with simulation and inference tools as part of the development process. Extend combines software licensing with integration work, connecting remote manipulation to the collection of examples from which robotic tasks can be learned.
