The platform connects condition monitoring with maintenance planning and work-order automation, including integrations with CMMS tools such as MEX. It turns equipment data into service actions for factories and other asset-intensive operations, linking fault detection to the technicians and schedules that resolve it.

The secure API integration synchronizes customer assets between Factory AI and MEX. Factory AI predictions can automatically create pre-populated MEX work orders with alert context, instructions, priority and status. The integration connects continuous vibration and temperature monitoring with maintenance execution rather than leaving alerts in a separate workflow.
