Flex

Flex provides product engineering, supply-chain management, manufacturing, assembly, testing and lifecycle services through operations in about 30 countries. Industrial customers use that infrastructure to turn complex equipment designs into repeatable production, including robotics, semiconductor tools, packaging machinery and other capital equipment. Flex can support design for manufacture, component sourcing, systems integration, final build and regional fulfilment as a product moves from prototype to scale.

In robotics, Flex manufactures key components for Universal Robots and deploys both Universal Robots collaborative arms and Mobile Industrial Robots vehicles within its own factories. The expanded 2026 partnership with Teradyne Robotics combines contract manufacturing with operating feedback from real production environments. Flex also designs and builds mobile-robot platforms for customers and integrates automation in its facilities. It supplies manufacturing and engineering infrastructure; the robot brands retain their product identity, autonomy software and commercial customer relationships.
