About Forge Automation
Forge Automation operates a software-enabled CNC job shop for custom, low-volume metal parts. Engineers upload a CAD model, add manufacturing intent through the online workflow and receive an instant price with adjustable lead time. Forge then schedules the job across its standardised three-axis mills, machines the part and ships it after inspection, with production available in as little as one day for selected orders.
The service is designed for rapid hardware iteration and low-volume production. Customers can order individual jobs on demand or reserve dedicated machine capacity with a four-day production service level, while Forge supplies the equipment, machinist and maintenance. This gives robotics and industrial-engineering teams a repeatable route from design revision to physical component without sourcing a new machine shop and negotiating each quote manually.
