About Free Kitchen Lab
Free Kitchen Lab connects installed and newly added kitchen equipment through compact AIoT modules, bringing device status and operating data into a tablet-based control system. The platform is designed for heterogeneous equipment such as automated stir-fryers, dishwashers and noodle cookers, with remote control supported where the underlying machine permits it.
The company emerged from LG Electronics and BluePoint Partners' STUDIO341 venture programme in 2026. It is preparing proof-of-concept work with restaurant franchises and food-service operators to test equipment integration and quantify labour, throughput, utilisation and maintenance outcomes.
