Freeaim Technologies

Freeaim Technologies develops motorised omnidirectional footwear that lets a user walk naturally while remaining inside a limited physical area. Each wearable platform senses foot movement and drives powered wheels beneath the user, translating forward, sideways and turning motions into locomotion within virtual environments.

The system targets consumer and enterprise virtual reality, simulation, training and selected telerobotics workflows where natural walking improves spatial interaction. Freeaim combines the footwear with tracking, control software and safety equipment, and provides developer access for integration with VR applications. Its commercial work centres on compact room-scale movement without installing a large treadmill or moving floor.
