About Fulfil Solutions
Fulfil Solutions builds automated micro-fulfilment systems specifically for online grocery. Inventory is tracked at item level in dense trays stacked within vertical storage towers. Fixed dispensing robots retrieve trays and place products directly into customer bags carried by ShopBot mobile robots, which visit ambient, refrigerated and frozen zones before completed orders reach pickup portals.
Computer vision and sensor fusion guide custom dispensing mechanisms across produce, packaged goods and temperature-controlled items. Software sequences products to limit damage, balances inventory between stations and maintains origin, location and expiry data to reduce substitutions and shrink. The modular system can vary storage and throughput independently, while white-label apps, APIs and last-mile integrations connect ordering and delivery. Public retail work includes Save Mart and an Amazon/Whole Foods store-within-a-store deployment.
