About
About GAC Group
GAC Group develops vehicles and associated electric, intelligent-driving and manufacturing technologies. Its robotics work produced the variable wheel-legged GoMate platform and self-developed components including joint motors, compact drives and dexterous hands. In February 2026, GAC incubated Guangdong Huilun Technology as the separate commercialisation vehicle for this work.
Huilun's fourth-generation GoMate Mini is the current deployment focus. GAC reported in August 2026 that the platform had entered seven representative projects, with close to 50 robots deployed, almost RMB 10 million in orders and roles spanning factory material flow, assembly support, site services and security. The same release stated more than eight hours of runtime and disclosed a financing round above RMB 100 million for product, model, deployment and manufacturing development.
