About Haoneng
Haoneng applies automotive-scale precision manufacturing to transmissions for vehicles, aircraft and robot joints. Its production chain spans mould and fixture design, casting, tube extrusion, precision forging, machining, heat treatment, laser welding, assembly and validation. Established automotive lines produce synchronisers, differentials, clutches, motor shafts, stators, rotors and planetary systems for conventional, electric, commercial and heavy vehicles.
The robotics range adds high-precision planetary and cycloidal reducers for compact joints and automation axes. This work draws on the group's control of gear geometry, materials, surface treatment and final assembly rather than outsourcing the critical transmission stages.
