About Hikrobot
Hikrobot connects mobile material-handling equipment to warehouse and factory software through its RCS-2000 robot-control platform. RCS assigns tasks, plans paths and manages traffic across different robot types sharing routes. Its integration with iWMS1000 supports goods-to-person work and warehouse-to-production transfers, linking individual robot movements to the wider material flow.
The control software can exchange jobs with warehouse-management, manufacturing-execution and enterprise systems. Interfaces to doors, lifts, conveyors and PLCs coordinate movement through the surrounding facility. Operators can monitor task, battery and alarm statistics, while dispatch logic considers congestion and workstation queues. Alongside these logistics systems, Hikrobot supplies industrial cameras and machine-vision software for inspection and automation applications.

Events
- 2026-07-06 - Production Milestone - Hikrobot mobile robot cumulative output passes 200,000 units
The company said its mobile robot all-category cumulative output exceeded 200,000 units. The milestone followed earlier reporting that output had passed 180,000 units in April 2026. Hikrobot's mobile robot portfolio includes forklift and other intralogistics robots.
Source - 2026-04-21 - Partnership - Covestro signs robotics materials agreements with Hikrobot and Carthane
Hikrobot will prioritize Covestro materials, with technical support for research and new-product testing. Joint logistics development targets parcel sorting, e-commerce and factory automation. Carthane will explore robot-foot applications, extending its existing automotive elastomers collaboration with Covestro.
Source - 2025-04-28 - Partnership - Hikrobot integrates Wiferion wireless charging into H7 AMR
Hikrobot uses Wiferion inductive charging in the H7 heavy-duty AMR that transports large components in automotive production. Contactless charging during short process stops lets the robot take on energy without a separate charging zone or mechanical contacts. The charging configuration includes a CAN interface for real-time battery monitoring and more precise energy-management control.
