About

About HPMicro / 先楫半导体

HPMicro develops microcontrollers and embedded software tools for industrial automation, robotics, energy and automotive equipment. Headquartered in Shanghai, it supplies real-time computing, mixed-signal processing, communications and graphics functions alongside development kits and reference designs. Motor-control applications use these devices to process feedback and command movement close to the motor.

Its portfolio includes EtherCAT-connected microcontrollers for networked motion control and dedicated robot-joint devices. The HPM53M1 combines processing, a three-phase pre-driver and CAN-FD communications in a compact package, reducing the electronics needed around a joint. SDKs, debugging tools and application examples support integration into customer hardware. These controllers provide the embedded execution layer within a robotic system, alongside separate higher-level computers and application software.
