About IndustrialMind.ai
IndustrialMind.ai’s AI Engineer connects engineering documents with live manufacturing information. The software can read drawings, bills of materials, process plans and specifications, then relate them to machine, quality and production data. This gives factory teams a shared context for questions such as why throughput fell, which parameter changed or whether a new part can follow an existing process route.
The platform supports drawing recognition, cost and process-flow generation, specification matching, real-time monitoring and root-cause analysis. Recommendations can be passed into MES and operating workflows, with selected process parameters adjusted automatically where the customer permits closed-loop control. IndustrialMind works above individual machines rather than replacing PLCs or robots: it turns fragmented engineering and plant records into a decision layer for production, quality and industrialisation teams. The company has presented deployments and collaborations involving manufacturers including Siemens, tesa and Andritz.
