• 2025-07-01 - Deployment - Stellantis Poland starts INGENERSUN five-robot paint line

  The operating line integrated five ATEX paint robots and machine vision for mixed-model input. It processed a brake disc about every 13 seconds while providing up to 45 seconds of combined robot painting time. The eight-month project ended with installation and commissioning in Poland, leaving the line ready to operate in May 2025.

  Thermal cameras replaced single-point pyrometers in the updated control method. The system generated full thermal maps and monitored multiple discs continuously. Real-time measurements supported automatic process adjustment and safer operator handling.

• 2024-06-26 - Production Milestone - INGENERSUN validates productivity gains from Betsaide robotisation

  Two collaborative robotic painting lines improved productivity by 15% to 20%. The first line had operated since November 2022 and supported the decision to automate a third line. The next cell added two cobots, 2D vision, an intermediate extraction station and automated deburring.

• 2024-03-22 - Demonstration - INGENERSUN and Zenialabs test autonomous 5-tonne truck-loading AGV

  The vehicle completed the truck-loading route without a driver. Guided travel on the dock transitioned to LiDAR mapping for entry into the trailer. The system positioned loads along a 12-metre trailer with five to eight centimetres of side clearance.

• 2023-11-07 - Commercial Order - INGENERSUN wins Moroccan robotic brake-disc paint-line order

  The order marked INGENERSUN's first customer project outside the European Union. The line included two painting robots and a third robot for unloading discs into packing beds. It was designed to apply MAGNI C40 coating to brake components for French-market OEM programmes.

  The cell automated difficult and repetitive sand-core painting tasks. Machine vision checked for broken cores and the system communicated with the core-forming machine. The operating line delivered a 15% to 20% productivity improvement.

• 2022-02-03 - Deployment - Ingenersun tyre depalletizer spans six bays with Bcnvision 3D guidance

  The anthropomorphic robot travelled on a 15-metre track serving six unloading bays and tyre stacks up to 1,600 millimetres high. A Photoneo device projected a laser pattern and generated a point cloud from which Bcnvision software calculated X, Y and Z pick coordinates. The controller corrected trajectories for misaligned tyre columns and optimized unloading while avoiding the container and gripper.

  The Preferred Supplier rating covered INGENERSUN's 2021 work on SAS facilities. SAS awarded the maximum supplier classification. The assessment highlighted quality, technology, strategic cooperation and price.

  The agreement created a route for master's students to work on industrial projects. INGENERSUN engineers would tutor participating projects. The partnership connected university training with live automation and robotics practice.

  The award ceremony took place in Madrid on 25 September 2020. The robotics prize recognised INGENERSUN's industrial automation work. The cited capabilities included robot integration, machine vision and Industry 4.0 technologies.

• 2019-01-22 - Commercial Order - Faurecia selects INGENERSUN for automated Mercedes seat handling

  The project connected Faurecia seat production to Mercedes transport operations. Its scope combined AGVs, robotic feeding and fully automated material handling. The installation began a new commercial relationship with Faurecia's Vitoria operation.

• 2018-07-24 - Deployment - INGENERSUN deploys robotic UV paint line for Nissan

  The line automated painting, UV curing and part handling. A modular cell combined a FANUC paint robot, UV curing station and palletised transfer line. The paint-recovery design reused 95% of sprayed coating that did not deposit on the part.
