About Instock
Instock develops a grid-based automated storage and retrieval system for fulfilment centres. Autonomous mobile robots carry bins horizontally on floors and ceilings, climb between levels on ramps and use an onboard lift to transfer bins through shafts, leaving the robot as the system's only moving machine component.
Robots present selected bins at ground-level workstations for picking and replenishment. Each unit can carry up to 30 kilograms and operate in temperature-controlled environments down to 4°C. Modular grids can fit existing buildings and expand in stages, while Instock provides simulation, controls and integration to coordinate inventory, robots and operator stations.
