About JIDU
ROBO-01 combines an electric-vehicle architecture with a software-defined cockpit and an automated-driving stack. Two long-range AT128 lidars are incorporated into the named configuration to provide surrounding perception, with their outputs feeding the vehicle's driving functions.
The platform illustrates JIDU's approach to the “automotive robot” concept: perception hardware, vehicle control and the passenger interface are designed as one connected system. The current evidence centres on the concept-production vehicle and its technology configuration, not a separately sold robotics platform.

The two roofline sensors provide a combined 180-degree horizontal field of view. Each AT128 uses 128 laser channels and supports more than 1.53 million points per second in single-return mode. JIDU designed the camera and lidar systems to operate independently or together for redundancy.
