About Jinyang Shares
Jinyang manufactures cylindrical and prismatic battery housings, covers and safety valves that contain the electrolyte, provide electrical connections and protect the cell during pressure or thermal events. Its nickel-based conductor materials carry current between cells and other pack components.
The production chain spans material processing, tooling, stamping, surface treatment, assembly and inspection, allowing the company to control dimensions and sealing quality across high-volume battery components. Jinyang is also adapting its precision-metal capabilities to humanoid robot parts, including structural components and elastic elements for six-axis force sensors.
