About
About Koops
Koops develops custom automation for manufacturing processes rather than selling a single standard robot. Its engineering teams integrate industrial robot arms, machine vision, controls, tooling and material-handling equipment into assembly, welding, inspection, packaging, case-packing and palletising cells.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Holland, Michigan, Koops has been employee-owned since 2012. The company supports projects from process analysis and mechanical or electrical design through fabrication, installation and service. Its robotics role also extends to autonomous mobile-robot integration through a strategic partnership with Seegrid for material movement in manufacturing environments.
