LinDong Bionic builds biomimetic underwater robots modelled on turtles, squid, lobsters, seahorses, frogs and rays for monitoring, research and education.
About
LinDong Bionic develops biomimetic underwater robots and low-drive aquatic mechanisms. Its platforms include robot turtles, squid, lobsters, seahorses, frogs and rays, with configurations for water-quality sensing, education, research and aquaculture monitoring.
The company was founded in Shenyang in 2023 and works with Northeastern University's Bionic Intelligence Laboratory. It entered mass-production processes for education robots in April 2026 and shipped more than 1,000 units over the following three months while continuing development of consumer underwater robots.
