Loop Robots develops SAM, an autonomous UV-C disinfection robot for hospitals, pharmaceutical cleanrooms and other controlled environments. The machine navigates rooms independently, positions its germicidal light around environmental surfaces and records each completed cycle for a digital sanitation trail.
SAM provides dry, residue-free treatment without chemical disinfectant and is configured for repeatable workflows in patient rooms, laboratories and aseptic production areas. Facilities can review cycle data and use autonomous operation to reduce staff presence during UV exposure.
