About Magazino
TORU combines autonomous navigation with a telescoping gripper for identifying and retrieving individual cartons from warehouse shelves. SOTO instead automates production supply by collecting and delivering small-load carriers between storage and assembly stations. Both systems navigate without fixed guides and use perception to operate around people and changing material locations.
Fleet and warehouse interfaces allocate jobs and expose robot status, material flow and operating history. Jungheinrich completed its acquisition of Magazino in 2023, and the Munich team now forms the core of Jungheinrich’s global robotics and autonomy organisation. It continues to support TORU and SOTO while extending the autonomy stack across the parent company’s wider automation portfolio.
