About Microsure
Microsure develops MUSA-3 for open microsurgery and supermicrosurgery on very small lymphatic ducts, blood vessels and nerves. The system consists of a surgeon console and a cart carrying two robotic arms. A surgeon works from a digital or hybrid microscope and controls the arms with joysticks; motion scaling and tremor filtering translate those inputs into smaller, steadier instrument movements.
MUSA-3 accepts a surgeon's familiar microsurgical instruments through disposable adapters and is designed to reach angulated wound planes without requiring the operator to stabilise their hands on an external surface. Its workflow covers free-flap reconstruction, lymphatic surgery and peripheral-nerve procedures. The earlier MUSA-2 entered clinical studies and is no longer produced. MUSA-3 received a European CE mark in May 2026, allowing Microsure to move from development into clinical adoption and evidence generation while it continues work toward the United States market.
