Miso Robotics develops AI-powered kitchen automation for high-volume restaurants. Flippy Fry Station uses a robotic arm, vision and purpose-built tooling to manage baskets and cook fried menu items, taking over a hot, repetitive workstation while staff handle preparation and service.
The system integrates with commercial fryers and restaurant workflows, using software to sequence products and maintain cooking consistency.
