About Moog Animatics
Moog Animatics develops SmartMotor integrated servo systems for industrial machinery, autonomous vehicles and robotic axes. Each unit combines a brushless motor, encoder, amplifier, controller, programmable inputs and outputs, and communications in one housing, reducing the cabinet space and wiring required for distributed motion control.
Class 5 and Class 6 families cover compact, sealed and high-performance configurations up to roughly one kilowatt, with CANopen, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and other fieldbus options. Combitronic networking lets motors exchange data and processing tasks directly across a machine. Applications include semiconductor tools, material handling, agricultural equipment, pan-and-tilt systems and battery-powered automated guided vehicles.
