About Navya Mobility

Navya developed low-speed autonomous shuttles and driving software for passenger transport on campuses, industrial sites, airports and public roads. Its Autonom Shuttle combined lidar, cameras, GNSS and onboard control with fleet-supervision software, allowing operation along mapped routes under local safety and regulatory requirements.

The original company entered judicial liquidation in 2023. Selected assets and employees were acquired through a Gaussin-Macnica structure, and Macnica later continued the activity as Navya Mobility. The current business develops autonomous-driving systems and vehicle programmes using technology and personnel carried forward from the former Navya operation.
