About NeoArc Robotics
NeoArc Robotics develops industrial cells for cutting and welding large steel structures. Its shape-cutting systems use three-dimensional perception to locate beams or profiles, feed and position the material, generate the required path and control plasma cutting through discharge. Welding systems apply similar geometry recognition and path generation to parts whose size or variation makes fixed teaching difficult.
The company also develops AMRs with swerve and rocker-bogie mobility for movement around shipyards, construction sites and heavy-production facilities. Its Physical AI work joins these platforms with models that interpret the workpiece and process, extending beyond stored-coordinate execution. NeoArc therefore supplies complete automation around the robot, including material handling, perception, process equipment and software. A KRW 500 million seed round led by FuturePlay in July 2026 supports development and commercial expansion.
