About Nexperia
Nexperia's robotics components sit inside the electronics that connect batteries, motors, sensors and communications. MOSFETs and gate drivers form switching stages for actuators, while protection devices and voltage translators support sensor and network interfaces. Its application guidance separates these functions into circuit blocks so engineers can select parts around voltage, current, switching behaviour and packaging constraints.
Design support includes motor-driver evaluation hardware, interactive circuit simulations, application notes and device-selection tools. The company also addresses compact joint electronics, where motor control, feedback and heat dissipation must share limited space. This makes its contribution to automation a set of semiconductor building blocks and engineering resources used by robot and drive manufacturers.

Nexperia said the Dutch Enterprise Chamber ruled there were valid reasons to doubt proper management under previous governance. Measures ordered in October 2025 remained in place, including suspension of Zhang Xuezheng and independent voting rights administration. Nexperia said its current focus is stabilizing the supply chain and meeting customer demand worldwide.

Nexperia introduced 80 V and 100 V application-specific MOSFETs for enhanced dynamic current sharing in high-power 48 V applications. The devices target motor drives in forklifts, e-scooters, mobility devices, and high-power industrial motors. The MOSFETs reduce the need for complex threshold-voltage matching by lowering current delta during turn-on and turn-off.

Nexperia launched AEC-Q101 qualified 100 V MOSFETs in compact CCPAK1212 copper-clip packaging. Nexperia also identified 2- and 3-wheel e-mobility and industrial high-current modules as applicable markets.

Nexperia introduced its first 40 to 100 V automotive MOSFET portfolio in micro-lead packages. The launch includes 19 MLPAK33-WF devices and a 40 V MLPAK56-WF device with wettable flanks for AOI. The portfolio targets body control, infotainment, reverse battery protection, LED lighting, DC/DC converters, and battery management.
