Novatek connects robot fleet control with the software and equipment running a factory. PiPER brings together manufacturing execution, warehouse control and programmable equipment controllers so transport tasks can be coordinated with production activity. Different robot brands use a shared orchestration interface, allowing a site to combine automated vehicles and forklifts within one operating system.
The company also uses digital twins to plan installations before equipment is deployed. Simulation supports evaluation of the layout and robot operations, followed by systems integration at the facility. Novatek is developing a subscription-based service model for North American logistics customers, extending its manufacturing-automation business into warehouse operations.

The capital will support PiPER platform development and expansion into North American logistics markets. PiPER coordinates mixed fleets of AGVs, AMRs, autonomous forklifts and humanoids through a single interface. Novatek operates PiPER across about 300 robots at Hyundai’s Georgia Metaplant and about 150 at its Singapore innovation centre.
