OakDeer Robotics develops automated cooking systems and digital recipe technology for commercial food service. Its equipment combines induction heating, controlled stirring and recipe sequences to manage the temperature, timing and motion of wok cooking. Different machine sizes address the batch volumes and space available in restaurant and institutional kitchens.
Kitchen staff prepare and load ingredients and select the recipe, while the machine carries out the configured cooking process. Software allows recipes to be adjusted and distributed so an operator can standardise dishes across locations. The product family is also marketed internationally under the Xianglu name, with regional distribution and support arrangements. The Beijing company’s role is supplying cooking equipment and its control system; users still organise ingredient preparation, kitchen hygiene and the wider food-service workflow.

The Beijing E-Town-managed industrial-upgrading fund led the round, with Amber Capital, Jiuan Capital and Haitang Capital participating. OakDeer said the capital would support core technology R&D, product iteration and global commercial expansion. At the announcement, the company reported serving more than 2,000 restaurant brands across more than 7,000 locations.
