About OSARO
OSARO combines industrial robot arms with SightWorks perception and task software for warehouse handling. The vision system recognises variable products, mixed cases and irregular packaging, while AutoModel allows new stock-keeping units to be introduced without building a complete object model manually. Current applications include mixed-case depalletising, piece picking, kitting and automated bagging.
A deployment includes cameras, gripper selection, cell controls and integration with conveyors, baggers or warehouse systems. At Zenni Optical, OSARO robots handle eyewear orders while Cognex readers identify barcodes and confirm the corresponding items. The company provides installation and Hypercare operating support, allowing fulfilment sites to adapt the cell as packaging and inventory change across product mixes.
