About Ottonomy

Ottobots use contextual AI and Level 4 autonomy to carry medicines, laboratory samples, meals, parcels, parts and tools across indoor and outdoor routes. Their modular cabins can be configured for different payloads, while vehicle-to-infrastructure integration lets fleets pass through access doors and use lifts without a person accompanying each trip.

The platform serves hospitals, laboratories, industrial campuses, airports and last-mile delivery networks. Ottobot 2.0 added independently steered wheels for sideways movement and zero-radius turns, interchangeable lockers and contactless collection. Ottonomy has moved beyond airport trials into healthcare and campus programmes, including hospital deliveries and a 2026 mining-village pilot in Australia.
